A little tip from Karen: If you like fried green tomatoes what I do is:
Wash, dry and slice the green tomatoes,
Cut strips of Waxed paper and place between
slices, Put tomatoes in Freezer Bag and Freeze.
When ready to use just pop them apart, dip and
fry as usual. (watch out for the pops)
Enjoy through the winter!
You can start bringing in your,
own containers, between March 20 to mid May,
for us to re-planted and you
pick them up between June 1st to June 7th!
Or you can order new baskets and planters
to your specifications... Prices vary by size
